It is really hard to fibd 1000mg Vitamin C tablets, so i was very happy to stumble across this one. The tablets themselves are kind of large, but that doesn't bother me. You 62 tablets in this jar, so 1 a day (recommended dosage) lasts you over 2 months. I have tried having one in the morning with food and one in the evening with food, to try and shake off a cold this week. It seems to have helped a bit to double the dosage, but it can upset the tummy a little, so i have to have it with/after food. Great value for money when purchased on sale at Chemist Warehouse.
