I’ve been taking this vitamin C supplement for a while and it’s become part of my daily routine. The tablets are easy to swallow and I like that it contains bioflavonoids which help with absorption. I usually take one during colder seasons or when I feel my immune system needs a boost. It seems to help me recover faster when I feel run down.
