Violet Crumble is such an Aussie classic. It’s got that crunchy honeycomb centre covered in chocolate, and the best part is the way it shatters when you bite into it. The honeycomb is super crisp and sweet, with a nice chocolate coating that balances it out really well. It’s definitely one of those bars that can get a bit crumbly, but that’s part of the fun 😄 Perfect as a little sweet treat, and honestly so good broken up over ice cream too.
