They have smooth, green skin that stays unchanged when ripe. They’re firmer than Hass, with a mild, nutty flavor, making them great for slicing but less creamy.

Fresh and creamy. I love the ‘Ready to Eat’ sticker that is on them. It takes the guess work out of your decision. Great as an alternative to butter or margarine if you’re wanting a healthier choice.

best shepherd avocado so far. normally we only eat Hass, but these were good and creamy.
