Not a huge fan of Shepard avocados, you can never tell if they’re ripe. When they look ripe they’re hard as a rock and when they’re a little soft they are actually almost rotten. But unfortunately we can’t get hass avocados all year round.

Shepard Avocado is an excellent source of nutrients. Contain healthy fats and fiber. It is rich in antioxidants and anti inflammatory compounds helping to build up a very good immune system. Apart from that it is delicious and you can prepare a lot of different dishes with them. I highly recommend this product..

Average. Prefer has avocados but Shepard are all that’s is currently in season When ripe they are great, but sometimes take a long time to ripen and stay super hard for too long
