Green skin avocado's are a milder, less oily taste than Hass avacodos, inside a creamy texture, it's firm, and the outside skin stays green when they are ripe, they are very firm as they are great to slice for salads, sandwiches and I love avacadoes on toast, and love them on tacos. They also rich in taste
