green skin avacado is very green outside skin and light green inside.the avocado's taste a buttery taste,very firm when I buy them ,it take 3 days for them to ripen.love them in salads,smoothes,avocado's on toast for breakfast. or on tacos,enchiladas, they saw avocado's have high cholesterol, bit we all love them,to me they are a healthy vegetable
