Photo Review of Green Skin Avocados

creamy, smooth and rich in flavour. great for toast, guacamole or straight on a cracker with a little salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon. love when they’re in season and cheap. skin is thin, so more flesh. only down side is if you cut prematurely, the avocado can’t be salvaged 😢
