This is a must have In the fridge if you like to make home made dipping sauces. I use this aloy for that specific reason. jist like the lemon juice. it's only a dollar on the shelves and it's the next best thing to fresh lemons.

Very cheap and convenient way to buy lime juice. Obviously not as good as real limes but much more economical and last for a long time
