These are so convenient as they are sliced but saying that it is cheaper to buy mushrooms loose and slice them. I’m ok with paying the extra for the convenience as I like to have eggs and mushrooms on toast for breakfast before I go to work. I just throw them in the frypan and so firstly it saves me time but secondly it saves me having to get a chopping board out. They are delicious cooked in olive oil with a little garlic salt on them.
