it’s a small tube containing a tasteless gel but it stings a lot when you apply it. it definitely does quicken the healing process and makes the ulcer numb

Bonjela teething gel works so well that I've just bought some for my fifth baby who is about to start teething. It has a pleasant smell and taste of aniseed, though some might not like it. Bonjela also works great for ulcers for us older people including my teenager.

Does the job and numbs pain in the mouth. I have a wisdom tooth trying to poke through the skin so the pain can be very unbearable, however this has helped.

Bought this to deal with my toothache that gave me sleepless night. After applying, in 10-15 minutes, I could feel the pain slowly subsiding. I was able to sleep that night and the pain eventually went away. Only applied once and it worked.
