it is ok to exchange bottl from bunnings. it is a bit of painful to go to upstairs to pay for it. However, once you paid, the staff normally ready to exchange the bottle straight away. so you don’t need to wait outside for long.

These SWAPnGo Gas Cylinders make life so much easier when you run out of gas. Just take the empty one to Bunnings and they swap it over for a full one. No longer do you have to worry about whether your old cylinder is still within the valid test date range or not and you do t have to wait around while it is refilled. Just make sure you get the new style connector. It is easy to tell as it has a black tap. The old style have a green tap. It’s best to get the new style as they work with both old and new BBQs, heaters etc. Tip: Have 2 cylinders. One you are using and a full spare. You can completely empty the one you are using and swap it out quickly at home. Then you can swap the empty at your leisure.

I like Gas Exchange Bottle for its convenience and availability. I have been getting my BBQ gas bottle from Bunnings for many years. I dropped an empty gas bottle off and swapped it for a full bottle, and it is cheaper than refilling at my local servo. I always have a full bottle to replace the one I'm using when it runs out, then swap that one out the next day.
