This is the best soy sauce in my option, for a supermarket brand it is a very good tasting soy sauce, its a very balanced savoury flavour that’s suitable for cooking or dipping, the flavour hasn’t changed in all the time I have used it so its always delicious, I don’t find it over salty or too strong but just the right amount of soy, it does sometimes makes you feel thirsty if you use too much, it has a savoury, well balanced and deep flavour without it being over the top, very rich in colour
