This is my go to soysauce. I buy this in a gallon container. I always has this on hand and use it almost daily for salt substitute or for making Asian dishes. This is the #1 soysauce in my house. I have tried other brands and either they contain caramel coloring or other stuff that does not belong in soysauce. This does contain wheat, so if you have wheat allergy, stay away.PRO: good price, great flavorCON: contains wheat
