Review of Wombok Cabbage

Wombok is easily the most underrated cabbage in the produce aisle. Unlike the standard green variety, it’s tender enough to use raw in a slaw but holds up perfectly in a stir-fry without getting that 'boiled' smell. It’s a staple for a reason—it just plays well with everything. My kids love it
