Photo Review of Single Leeks

I like Leeks for their versatile and aromatic flavours. I usually cook the leeks with the white and light green parts (the tender parts), and I like to save the dark green parts for my vegetable stock. I sometimes cut leeks in half into small rounds; they are wonderful as a bed for baked salmon.
