I like Single Leeks for their versatile and aromatic flavours. I usually cook the leeks with the white and light green parts (the tender parts), and I like to save the dark green parts for my vegetable stock. I sometimes cut leeks in half into small rounds; they are wonderful as a bed for baked salmon.

Leeks, such as this one from Coles, are a mild but tasty member of the onion family. I like to use them in cooking for a couple of dishes. They are great my slow cooked pumpkin soup and I used this one in a rice dish with herbed chicken.
