very fresh eggplant. not a bad price at woollies at the moment and easy to find. perfect for a vegetable lasagne or roasted in the oven stuffed with some meat and rice. Beautiful taste and worth the money

The eggplants were fresh with smooth, glossy skin and firm flesh, which is exactly what you want when cooking. This eggplant was nice and ripe and was perfect for the vegetable dish I was making. The eggplants cooked well and added a nice juicy and nutty taste to my dish. definitely recommend.

Purchased to make an eggplant and zucchini dish, it was fresh and healthy and a great way to "eat the rainbow". The smaller size means its easy to chop into bite sized pieces and roast or bake.
