The eggplants were fresh with smooth, glossy skin and firm flesh, which is exactly what you want when cooking. They held their shape well and absorbed flavours nicely, making them great for stir-fries, curries, grilling, or roasting. Once cooked, the texture turned soft and creamy without becoming mushy.

This eggplant was nice and ripe and was perfect for the vegetable dish I was making. The eggplants cooked well and added a nice juicy and nutty taste to my dish. definitely recommend.
