These eggplants go really well in curries. I find they are easier to slice in even-sized rounds and the pieces keep their shape better than regular eggplant during cooking

very fresh eggplant. not a bad price at woollies at the moment and easy to find. perfect for a vegetable lasagne or roasted in the oven stuffed with some meat and rice. Beautiful taste and worth the money
